Background

Zachary Wallace joined Peterson McVicar LLP as an articling student in 2022. His current work involves assisting on private equity offerings, initial public offerings and other prospectus offerings, as well as corporate reorganizations and acquisitions. He also provides guidance to clients on various continuous and timely disclosure issues.

During his time at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, Zachary focused his studies on corporate and securities law while gaining a breadth of experience in other areas, having summered in corporate law, competed in the Bowman National Tax Moot, and volunteered for Artists’ Legal Advice Services and the GTA Wills Project. Prior to joining Peterson McVicar LLP, Zachary worked in the Gaelic-language media industry, and he still appears now and again on Gaelic radio and television.
