Peterson McVicar Acts for Red Cloud Securities in C$8.0 Million Bought Deal Private Placement with Blackrock Silver

On May 17, 2021 Blackrock Silver Corp. (the “Company”) announced that it had entered into an agreement with Red Cloud Securities Inc. to act as lead underwriter and sole bookrunner on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters (collectively, the “Underwriters”) pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase for resale 10,666,667 units of the Company (the “Units”) at a price of C$0.75 per Unit (the “Unit Price”) on a “bought deal” basis under a private placement for gross proceeds of C$8,000,000 (the “Offering”).
