Background
Peter Georgas joined Peterson McVicar LLP as an associate in 2018 after working for a cryptocurrency-based investment fund. Peter’s practice focuses on corporate law, finance, and securities law.
Peter completed his articles with an international full-service firm in Toronto. During his articling term, he completed rotations in business law and intellectual property, and was seconded to a major financial institution where he worked extensively with the wealth management team.
