Background
Dennis Peterson formed Peterson Law (now Peterson McVicar LLP) in 1995 which primarily focuses on securities and corporate finance law. Dennis is an established lawyer in the area of mining and natural resources law in Toronto. Dennis has extensive experience with public resource companies, crypto-mining and De-Fi issuers, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, and practises exclusively in this area.
