Background
Andrew Armstrong joined Peterson McVicar LLP as an articling student in 2021. His current work involves private equity offerings, exchange listings, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Peterson McVicar, Andrew worked as a legal student in the Corporate Finance Branch at the Ontario Securities Commission, and as a summer analyst at a market research firm focused on the financial services industry. During his time at Queen’s Law, Andrew specialized in corporate and securities law, serving as a member of the executive teams for the Queen’s Venture Law Society and the Private Equity Club.
