Background

Zachary Brown joined Peterson McVicar LLP as an associate in 2021. His current work involves public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, corporate governance, and ongoing securities law compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Zachary completed his articles with a major Canadian financial institution, where he assisted the securities group with regulatory compliance matters. During his time at Queen’s Law, Zachary specialized in corporate and securities law, where he achieved the Queen’s Law Prize in Securities Regulation.
