Peterson McVicar acts for Strata Minerals in Arnett Creek Acquisition and $1.8 Million Private Placement

On June 30, 2017 Strata Minerals Inc. (“Strata Minerals” or the “Company”) announced it had closed the acquisition of interests in mining claims comprising approximately 2,000 acres located in Lemhi County, Idaho (the “Acquisitions”). The Company issued 5,750,000 common shares (“Common Shares”) and made initial cash payments of approximately $302,500 as consideration for the Acquisitions.

In addition, Strata Minerals also announced the closing of a non-brokered private placement of 6,000,000 units (“Unit”) at a price of $0.30 cents per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,800,000. Each Unit consisting of one Common Share and one half of one Common Share purchase warrant.

Strata Minerals Inc. is a growth focused gold exploration and development company. The Company holds rights to a 100% interest in the Arnett Creek Gold Project located in Lemhi County, Idaho and is pursuing other gold exploration and development opportunities, holding a 51% interest in the Diamond Mountain phosphate project located in Uintah County, Utah.
