On April 5, 2018, Delivra Corp. (“Delivra”) announced it had closed a non-brokered private placement of 3,561,423 units (“Unit”) at a price of CAN$0.35 per Unit for total gross proceeds of CAN$1,246,498.20 (the “Offering”).
Delivra intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general corporate purposes.
Delivra is a specialty biotechnology company having developed a proprietary transdermal delivery system platform that can shuttle pharmaceutical and natural molecules through the skin, in a targeted manner.
