Peterson Law represents Xtra-Gold Resources Corp. as it closes its $1.6 Million Private Placement
On December 21st, 2012, Xtra-Gold Resources Corp. (“Xtra-Gold”) closed a private placement financing of 1,929,000 units (the “Units”) at $0.85 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,639,650. Each Unit consisted of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share for $1.00 for a period of 24 months from the closing. The offering was conducted on a non-brokered basis.
