Peterson Law acts for Xtra-Gold Resources Corp. as it closes $10.9 Million Initial Public Offering
Xtra-Gold Resources Corp. (“Xtra”) announced on November 23, 2010 that it completed its initial public offering (the “Offering”) of 8,092,593 common shares at a price of $1.35 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of $10,925,000.
The Offering was underwritten by a syndicate of investment dealers led by Haywood Securities Inc., and included GMP Securities L.P. and Raymond James Ltd. (collectively the “Agents”).
