Peterson & Company acts for Quinsam Opportunities I Inc. as it closes its $500,000 Initial Public Offering
On June 30, 2015, Quinsam Opportunities I Inc. (“Quinsam”), a capital pool company, closed its initial public offering of 5,000,000 common shares at $0.10 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of $500,000. Fin-XO Securities Inc. acted as agent for the offering. On July 3, 2015, the common shares of Quinsam commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “QOP.P”. The only business of Quinsam is the identification and evaluation of assets or businesses with a view to completing a “Qualifying Transaction” in accordance with TSXV policies. The funds raised under the offering will be used to pursue such Qualifying Transaction.
