On January 12, 2016, Thundermin Resources Inc. was acquired by Rambler Metals and Mining plc pursuant to a three-cornered amalgamation. Under the terms of the amalgamation, the former Thundermin shareholders received an aggregate of 7,142,857 ordinary shares of Rambler, representing approximately 4.7% of the issued and outstanding Rambler ordinary shares on a post-transaction basis.
