Peterson & Co. acts for Solvista Gold Corporation as it completes its acquisition of Rockcliff Resources Inc.
On June 19, 2015, Solvista Gold Corporation and Rockcliff Resources Inc. completed an amalgamation of Rockcliff and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Solvista. Pursuant to the amalgamation, each of the issued and outstanding securities of Rockcliff were exchanged for 0.9 of an equivalent security of Solvista. The newly amalgamated company, known as Rockcliff Resources Inc., which holds all of Rockcliff’s assets, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Solvista.
