Peterson & Co. acts for Probe Metals Inc. as it closes $2,900,000 Private Placement
On June 10, 2016, Probe Metals Inc. (TSXV: PRB) closed a non-brokered private placement financing with Goldcorp Inc. for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,900,000 (the “Offering”). The Offering consisted of the sale of 4,400,000 common shares at $0.66 per share.
Probe is a leading Canadian gold exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of highly prospective gold properties. The company’s existing projects are located in Ontario and Quebec. The net proceeds of the Offering will be used for mineral exploration and general working capital purposes.
