Peterson & Co. acts for Northern Gold in Sale to Oban Mining
On December 22, 2015, Northern Gold Mining Inc. was acquired by Oban Mining Corporation pursuant to a court approved plan of arrangement. Under the terms of the arrangement, the former Northern Gold shareholders received an aggregate of 4,000,000 common shares of Oban, representing approximately 6.8% of the issued and outstanding Oban common shares in the pro forma company.
