(“GoldMoney”) closed a bought deal private placement financing of 9,394,828 common shares (“Shares”) at $3.90 per Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $36,639,829. The offering was conducted on a brokered basis with a syndicate of underwriters led by GMP Securities L.P. and Clarus Securities Inc.
