Peterson & Co acts for Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. as it closes $2.1 Million Private Placement
On August 12, 2015, Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. (“Zenyatta”) (TSXV: ZEN) closed a non-brokered private placement financing for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,112,500 (the “Offering”). The Offering consisted of the sale of 1,690,000 Units at $1.25 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one Common Share and one-half of one Common Share purchase warrant.
Zenyatta is a Thunder Bay, Ontario based mineral development company currently developing a unique graphite deposit and exploring for base metal deposits on the Albany Project in Northeastern Ontario.
