Peterson & Co acts for Zazu Metals Inc. as it closes $1.8 Million Private Placement
On May 8, 2015, Zazu Metals Inc. (“Zazu”) completed the second and final tranche of a non-brokered private placement financing of 3,464,000 common shares at $0.25 per share for total gross proceeds of approximately $866,000. Together with the first tranche private placement, which closed May 1, 2015, Zazu issued an aggregate total of 7,489,000 common shares for total gross proceeds of $1,872,250.
