Peterson & Co Acts for Drake Private Investments LLC in Restructuring of Castle Resources Inc.
On March 16, 2016, Castle Resources Inc. (CSE: CRI) announced that it was completing a comprehensive debt restructuring with Drake Private Investments LLC (“Drake”) whereby, amongst other matters, Drake would acquire $2.275 million in debt plus accrued interest from an existing lender.
Drake is a private New York based hedge fund. Castle is a Toronto-based junior mineral development company and the 100% owner of the past producing Granduc Copper Mine in Stewart, British Columbia.
