Peterson & Co acts for Currency Exchange International as it closes $14.4 Million Private Placement
On March 12, 2015, Currency Exchange International, Corp. (“CEI”) closed a bought deal private placement financing of 540,000 common shares (“Shares”) at $26.75 per Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $14,445,000. The offering was conducted on a brokered-basis with Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. acting as the lead underwriter of a syndicate that included Alliance Securities Inc., Jones, Gable & Company Limited and Mackie Research Capital Corporation.
