On May 21, 2015, Commonwealth Silver and Gold Mining Inc. was acquired by Marlin Gold Mining Ltd. pursuant to a plan of arrangement for total consideration of $11.25 million. Commonwealth Silver and Gold is a private Canadian mineral exploration and development company focused on acquiring gold and silver properties in politically stable, mining friendly jurisdictions and advancing its flagship Commonwealth Project in Arizona towards production.
