Peterson & Co acts for BitGold Inc. as it closes $21 Million Private Placement
On June 16, 2015, BitGold Inc. (“BitGold”) closed a bought deal private placement financing of 5,750,000 common shares (“Shares”) at $3.65 per Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $20,987,500. The offering was conducted on a brokered-basis with GMP Securities LP acting as the lead underwriter of a syndicate that included Clarus Securities Inc., Canaccord Genuity Inc., and Dundee Securities Ltd.
