On January 30, 2015, Cogitore Resources Inc. completed the sale of substantially all of its exploration properties and physical exploration assets in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario to Yorbeau Resources Inc., in consideration for 25 million common shares in the capital stock of Yorbeau, a TSX-listed issuer.
