Background

Jonathan Clark joined Peterson McVicar LLP as an articling student in 2017. His current work as an associate involves reverse takeover transactions, financings, regulatory compliance, researching emerging sector trends and other corporate matters.

Prior to joining Peterson McVicar LLP, Jonathan was a teacher and entrepreneur. During his time at Osgoode Hall, Jonathan specialized in corporate and international law. His areas of interest and experience include corporate and securities law, gaming law, and the influence of legal concepts on human rights.
