Background

Domenic D’Argento joined Peterson McVicar LLP as an articling student in 2018. His current work as an associate involves public and private equity offerings, initial public offerings, reverse takeover transactions and providing guidance to clients regarding good corporate governance practices.

During his time at Osgoode Hall, Domenic specialized in corporate and securities law. He was also a student caseworker for the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinical Project, where he helped provide legal services to early-stage entrepreneurial ventures in the financing and equity structuring stages of growth.
