Background
Domenic D’Argento joined Peterson McVicar LLP as an articling student in 2018. His current work as an articling student involves assisting on private equity offerings, assisting on initial public offerings, and providing guidance to clients regarding good corporate governance practices.
Prior to joining the law firm, Domenic worked as a CNC machinist. During his time at Osgoode Hall, Domenic specialized in corporate and securities law. He was also a student caseworker for the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinical Project, where he helped provide legal services to early stage entrepreneurial ventures in the financing and equity structuring stages of growth.
